Sheeren is Director of Innovation & Talent Science at KTM Solutions, where she solves business and talent challenges through psychometrics and HR technology. She spent more than a decade at PT Astra International, rising to Head of Assessment Development Center, before leading talent assessment and people data innovation at Astronaut (ASTRNT). A BPS-certified practitioner and ICF coach candidate, she holds a Psychology degree from Atma Jaya Catholic University. Sheeren combines scientific rigor with technology to help organizations make better, fairer, data-driven people decisions.
