Lina is a Senior Psychometrics Expert at KTM Solutions with deep expertise in psychological measurement and statistics. She previously led psychometrics and data assessment at Sekolah.mu and Rencanamu, and has lectured at the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Surabaya (UBAYA) since 2015. She founded Pengukuran Psikologis and serves as an editor of ANIMA Indonesian Psychological Journal. Holding a Psychology degree from UBAYA and a Master’s in Statistics from ITS, Lina ensures every assessment is valid, reliable, and meaningful for decision-making.
