Ivan is Director of Strategy & Advisory at KTM Solutions. He founded Pemimpin.id, a leadership development movement, and led Maxima Impact Consulting as CEO for nearly a decade. He chairs the supervisory board of Semua Murid Semua Guru and served as a board trustee of Kitabisa. Holding a Psychology degree and an MSc in Leadership Studies from Universitas Indonesia, and pursuing a doctorate in management at ITB, Ivan bridges leadership, organizational change, and social innovation to help institutions grow with purpose.
