Reny is a strategic HR leader with nearly three decades of experience across banking, financial services, and education. She has led HR at Standard Chartered Bank, ICBC Indonesia, and PermataBank, and served as HR Group Director and Strategic HR Senior Advisor at Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS). Now Executive Director at KTM Solutions, she helps organizations align people strategy with business goals. A Psychology graduate of Universitas Indonesia with a Master’s in HRM from Monash University, Reny is also a Certified Executive Coach and Gallup-certified Strengths Coach.
